- You will need to complete and sign a commitment agreement that includes, among other things, the basic details of the offer and the reservation, as well as the terms, conditions, and costs if there is a future purchase.
- After signing, you will have 48 hours to make a transfer for the agreed amount.
- An agent will inform you if the property-owning company accepts or rejects your offer. If it is rejected, the amount will be refunded to you. If accepted, we will proceed with reviewing your documentation to reserve the property in your name.
Finally, we will request all the necessary documentation to ensure everything is in order before the signing, and we will accompany you on the day of the deed.
