What does LIA offer?
Thanks to this tool, we improve the customer experience by offering a fully available service through our digital sales channel. LIA allows users to easily and intuitively search for properties and access detailed information about properties based on their proximity to key amenities such as hospitals, schools, public transport, or even specific locations on Google Maps.
What's more, they can write in any language or text format, with the certainty of receiving accurate and relevant responses in real time. Since its implementation, LIA has managed more than 30,000 conversations, demonstrating its ability to significantly improve the digital search experience.
Innovation applied to the Excent service
